Ruth Ann Tracewell

Ruth Ann Moore Tracewell, 90, of Vienna, W.Va. went to be with the Lord, Jan. 10, 2015 at the Willows Center, Parkersburg, W.Va.She was born July 20, 1924 in Tyler County, W.Va., daughter of the late Albert and Clara LeMasters Moore.Ruth was a Parkersburg High School graduate and retired from C and P Telephone Company after 39 years of service.She was a member of the Grand Central Church of Christ, Ohio Valley College Stepping Stone and the Telephone Pioneers.She enjoyed traveling.Ruth is survived by her daughter, Kay Martin (Mike), Vienna and a son, Ken Tracewell (Kim), Waverly, W.Va., six grandchildren, Amy Gherke (Pat), Abby Hanshaw (Ric), Aaron Martin (Nicole), Amber, Alan and Jake Tracewell, five great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Benoni Edgar “Ed” Tracewell and a brother, David Moore.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, W. Va., with Dr. E. Keith Stotts officiating.Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
