Ruth Ann Nolan

Ruth Ann (Brannon) Nolan, 74, of Belleville, WV, passed on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Ohio Valley Health Care. She was born January 5, 1944, in Rinehart, WV, a daughter of the late Charles Nicholas and Mary Jane DeMoss Brannon. Ruth Ann was a homemaker and enjoyed camping in Florida and at the strip mines in Ohio. In addition to her parents, Ruth Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Norman D. Nolan; infant son, Victor Wayne Brannon; two sisters, Mary Kay Longfellow and Sarah Lou Potts. She is survived by her brother, Johnny Brannon of Maryland; seven stepchildren, Glenda Sue Richards of Parkersburg, Eugene Nolan of Belleville, WV, Owen Dale Nolan of Parkersburg, Jeanette Taylor of Lubeck, Christine Jeffers of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Melanie Watson of Tocma, GA and Mark Nolan of New Smyrna Beach, FL; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and one special nephew, Bob Miller of Mineral Wells who was her caretaker. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg with Pastor Don Yeager officiating. Visitation will be from noon to 2 pm on Saturday at the funeral home.
