Ruth S. Munson

Ruth S. Munson, 75,formerly of Honey Brook,PA, passed away December 4, 2011, at Marietta,Ohio.She was born October 18, 1936, in Sandyville, W.Va., a daughter of the late Carl Enoch and Alma Evelyn Gandee Sayre. Ruth was a retiree of the Devereux School. She enjoyed playing bingo, reading, crocheting, and especially enjoyed her parrot, “Baby” and her pet dog “Beau”.Surviving is one sister, Patty J. Flinn of Parkersburg, W.Va.; five brothers, Carl Sayre of Calif., Frank Sayre of Washington State, and Roscoe “Bud”, Robert, and Harold “Skip” Sayre, all of Valley Grove, W.Va.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John Wayne Munson and two sisters; Mary and Helen Sayre. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday December 10, 2011, at Forks of the Brandywine Presbyterian Cemetery of Glenmoore, PA.
