Ruth Ann (Lafevar) Exline

Ruth Ann (LaFevar) Exline, 81, of Parkersburg, WV passed away Monday, December 2, 2024 with the compassionate care of Eagle Point Healthcare Center.

Daughter of the late Mary Ruth and Garrett Herbert LaFevar, Ruth was born in Parkersburg, WV on January 15, 1943. She graduated from Parkersburg High School with the class of 1960 and went on to be a clerk at the Bureau of Public Debt for over 15 years. She was a faithful Christian, attending Red Hill United Methodist Church in Parkersburg, WV.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Anthony Elbert Exline; two sons, Gary Lee and Charles Alan Exline; and two nephews, Cameron Exline and John Mark Exline.

Ruth is survived by her cousins, Constance Urbach, Johnnie Dale Lee-Smith, and Harriett Lemley; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be open to public from 12:00-1:00pm on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home Green. F uneral Service will begin at 1:00 PM Friday, December 6, 2024 at the funeral home with David Exline officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
