Rufus James Ramsey III, 34, of Parkersburg, WV passed away May 23, 2021. He was born May 8, 1987 in Orlando, FL, a son of Betty Contreras Ramsey of Orlando, FL and Rufus James Ramsey, Jr. of Orlando, FL. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Melody Ramsey; and two brothers, Rolandis Ramsey (Risa) and David Ramsey. There will be no visitation or service.
