Ruby Starcher Morris, 93, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015 at the Hickory Creek Nursing Facility, The Plains, Ohio. Burial at Sunset Memory Gardens will be at the convenience of the family. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Belpre is assisting the family with arrangements.
