Ruby Phyllis Starcher

Ruby P. Starcher, 75, of Westerville, OH, formerly of Vienna and Weston, passed away August 31, 2018 at Heartland of Westerville, OH. She was born October 4, 1942 in Lewis County, WV, the daughter of the late Kenneth Kirk and Mabel Allman Starcher. Ruby was a teacher with the Lewis County Board of Education and retired in 1990 after 23 years of service. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Weston. She is survived by one sister, Roma Newbanks of Westerville, OH. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Friendship Cemetery, Jane Lew, WV. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna is assisting the family with arrangements.
