Ruby Brundige Kinney

Ruby Brundige Kinney, 91 formerly of Vincent, Ohio passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Elmcroft Senior Living, Marietta, Ohio. She was born November 4, 1926 in Nicholasville, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Cornelius and Eva Gayhart Sebastian. Ruby was a Baptist by faith. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, and was an avid bingo player. She was happiest loving on her grandbabies and was the rock of the family. Ruby was loved by everyone who knew her and will be deeply missed. Ruby is survived by daughters, Jackie Spence (Michael) of Belpre, Ohio and Cathy Bennett (James) of Fleming, Ohio; sons, David Traylor of West Union, Ohio and Christopher Brundige (Kate) of Dover, Ohio; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends. In addition to her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Kinney; daughter, Pamela Damis; sister, Mary Katherine Cates; and daughter-in-law, Debbie Traylor. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Monday November 5, 2018 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, Ohio. Burial will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery. There will be a visitation and birthday celebration on Sunday, November 4, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
