Roxie V. Evans, 94, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on July 27, 2016 at The Willows. She was born November 23, 1921, in Wood County,W.Va., a daughter of the late Charles and Lavina Cronin Moore. She is survived by her daughter, Judith Somervill of Parkersburg; ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Evans; and two sons, Gary and Michael Evans. At Roxie's request there will be no services at this time. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2333 Pike St. south Parkersburg is assisting the family with the arrangements.
