Rosemary M. “Rosie” Vincent age 82 of Belpre, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at the Riverside Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born August 18, 1937 in Elba, Ohio a daughter of the late Pearl and Anna Mae Addlesburger Goodwill. Rosie was a 1955 graduate of Dexter City High School had worked at Marietta Fruit and Lumber Co. and was retired from Belpre City Schools after 25 years of service, where she was a cook. She was a devoted wife and mother and loved being with her grandchildren and other family members. Rosie enjoyed collecting owl memorabilia, cooking, watching NASCAR, was an avid fan of Derek Jeter and the New York Yankee’s and was a long time member of the Belpre Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband of 60 years Gary F. Vincent, two sons; Terry Vincent (Pam Hartline) and Brian Vincent (Cindy) all of Belpre; five grandsons, Josiah (Sara), Jeremiah (Charlie), Jaylen, Ty, and Clay (Jenny) Vincent; a granddaughter Taylor Vincent; five great-grandchildren Rayne, Breena, Andrew, Isaiah and Isaac, a sister Doris Kirkbride of Zanesville, Ohio, a sister in law Arlene Goodwill of Marietta, Ohio and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a son Gary Vincent, a sister Ethel Hendershot and six brothers George, Paul, Floyd, Pearl, Gale and infant Harry Dean. Rosie’s family would like to thank The Harmar Place and their caring staff and the good times with the ‘Porch Gang’, the Hospice staff at Riverside and special friends Sharon Lamp, Emily Lamp, Elissa Reck, her former school friends and her church family for their love to Rosie. Fullfilling Rosie’s request for cremation services there will be no visitation. Graveside inurnment for family and friends will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the Evergreen Cemetery, Rt. 339 Belpre, Ohio with Ron Laughery officiating. A time of food and fellowship will follow at the Belpre Church of Christ in Rosie’s honor. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Belpre, Oh are honored to serve the Vincent family.
