Ron WorkmanRon Workman, 48, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away February 20, 2013 at his residence.He was born June 12, 1964, a son of Diane Allen Workman of Parkersburg and the late Ralph Workman.He was a 1982 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.He had worked at Dunham's Sports in the Grand Central Mall since it opened, and also enjoyed working as an assembler for Impact formerly Huffy.He was a “people pleaser” and loved making others happy.In addition to his mother, Ron is survived by the love of his life, his loving wife of nearly 13 years, Michelle Mulligan Workman; his daughter, Veronica; step-children, Kara, Ryan and Brittany; special babies, Natilye and Ryleigh; nieces, Meghan and Kristin; nephew, Cody; maternal grandmother, Marian Allen, mother-in-law, Shirley Mulligan; brother-in-law, Bryan Mulligan; and many special aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers.He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Workman; brother, Craig; father-in-law, Mike Mulligan; paternal grandparents; and maternal grandfather.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 25 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg.Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens, with military honors by American Legion Post 15.Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 24 at the funeral home.
