Ronald E. Bartlett

Ronald Eugene Bartlett, 62, of Edgemoor, SC, passed away on July 3, 2017 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born July 24, 1954, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late Lowell Gene and Kay Taggert Bartlett. Ron was a member of the American Legion Post #34 of Rock Hill, SC. He was employed with the United States Marine Corp. where he was a Combat Trainer and later became a truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Wishart Bartlett; four daughters, Amanda Marrasco of St. Pete, FL, Amber Newman of Clearwater, FL, Jenna Andrews of Pensacola, FL, and Tabitha Williams of Mecca, OH; three sons, Ray Bartlett of Girad, OH, Jeremiah Williams of Fredericksburg, VA, and Scott Williams of Burghill, OH; two sisters, Cynthia Dailey of Parkersburg, WV and Kelly Donham of Liberty, OH; two brothers, Randall Bartlett of Vienna, WV, and Jeff Bartlett of Phoenix, AZ; and fifteen grandchildren. In addition to his parents Ron was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Bartlett; and two brothers, Allan Bartlett and Barry Bartlett. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., south Parkersburg with Pastor Don Yeager officiating. Military honors will be provided by the American Legion Post 15 of Parkersburg. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. till the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
