Roberta Carol Leach, 74, of Vienna passed away November 8, 2019 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born May 18, 1945 in Omer, Michigan, the daughter of the late Fredrick and Bernice Walker Hawthorne. She was a 1964 graduate of PHS and had worked at Bolender Gausewitz Pacific Rim. Roberta enjoyed cooking, bowling, bridge and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Red Hatter’s and was a Baptist by faith. Roberta is survived by her husband of 55 ½ years, Michael Leach; her children, Gregory Leach (Patricia) of Williamstown, Christopher Leach (Tonya) of Colorado Springs, CO, Timothy Leach (Angela) of Washington and Michelle Echard (Greg) also of Washington; grandchildren, Renee, Darian, Emma, Brandon and Haylee; great-grandchildren, Hayden and Rosie; sister-in-law, Nancy Hawthorne of Vienna; Aunt Betsy Hawthorne Albright of Vienna; and close friend, Manna Pacofsky of Vienna. In addition to her parents, Roberta was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Hawthorne; and four grandchildren, Levi, Dylan, Tobie and Lindsey. Funeral services will be at Noon, Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna with Rev. Sandy Runnion officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home.
