He was born in Fayetteville, WV a son of the late William Forrest and Elizabeth Ball Plott. He was retired from Elkhem Metals, after retirement he worked maintenance for Cedar Grove Personal Care and the Mid Ohio Valley Airport. Bob enjoyed woodworking, making stained glass, carpentry and fishing. Was a member of the Good Fellows Club at Elkhem and Boaz Baptist Church.Bob is survived by his wife Phyllis Cogar Plott; one daughter Brenda Morris (Chuck) of Parkersburg; two sons Gary Plott (Ione) of Ft. Pierce, FL and Jeff Plott (Tammy) of Parkersburg; two sisters Sally McDonie (Don) of Parkersburg and Nancy Kilpatrick (Bill) of Milton, FL; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Tuesday July 13, 2010 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 3005 Grand Central Ave Vienna with Pastor Robert Alfred officiating.
