Date and Time of Service: Wed., Nov. 24, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. – Southposted 11/22/2010 at 1:55:27 PMRobert Harrison Parr, 55, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away on Nov. 19, 2010 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.He was born on Dec. 20, 1954, in Parkersburg, a son of the late Hazel Parr.Robert was a 1974 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and was formerly employed at Hormel Food Corp of Dallas, Tex, Ravenswood Foodland, North End Market and The Three Amigo�s. He enjoyed Nascar, sports, gardening, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Parkersburg and was a member of 10th Avenue Church of God.He is survived by two sons, SSG. Paul Harrison Parr of the U.S. Army and Michael Eric Parr of Phoenix, Ariz.; one step-son, Robert James (Missy) Mason of Parkersburg; six brothers and sisters, Dorothy Ruth (Dale) Cantwell and Sally Baker of Parkersburg, Carl (Sandy) Parr of Vienna, Larry Parr, Sue (Tony) Parsons and twin, Roberta Parr, all of Parkersburg; two grandchildren, Paul Harrison Parr Jr. and Anthony Coronado Parr, both of Glendale, Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 24, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg with Rev. Tim Henson officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until noon on Wednesday at the funeral home.
