Robert Allen Doak,

We regret to share our sorrow at the loss of our kind soul, Robert Allen Doak, Jr., 31, on February 11, 2011. He was born May 21, 1979 in Parkersburg, W.Va., the son ofRobert Doak, Sr. and the late Rebecca A. (Crumbley) Doak. He is survived by his father; his three children, Jasmine Dillon and Kamry, and Landin Doak; his paternal grandmother, Pauline (Grimm) Doak; two sisters, Robyn Kerns (Tommy Cline) and Diedre (Brian) Willis; two aunts, Debra Doak and Brenda (Tom) Ingram; his girlfriend and mother of his younger children, Neice (Leila) Stephens; four nephews, Preston and Brandon Kerns and Bryce and Broc Willis; and his beloved dog, Keda.He was preceded in death by his mother (January , 2011); both grandfathers, Oral (Larry) Doak and Frank Crumbley; and his maternal grandmother, Martha Crumbley.His outstanding achievements are his three children and his ability to know how to be nice. He knew how to play with his children. He was a good hugger. He was easy to like and easier to love. Truly he had what it took to be a good human being. He was an innocent in what proved to be a cruel world. May God hold him in His loving arms and love him as He should. In his memory we ask that you take time to really love those around you and focus on what they have done right. Be kind to your children and show interest in their lives. Ignore no warning signs. Help those who are struggling and do all you can.sometimes it is enough. Services will be Friday, February 18, at 1:00 P.M. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, W.Va. with Pastor Daniel Bryan officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens, Parkersburg, W.Va.Visitation will be on Thursday, February 17, 2011 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00-8:00 P.M. and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
