Robert “Bobby” D. Frank, 74, of Belpre, passed away March 3, 2026 at his residence. He was born May 19, 1951 in Parkersburg, a son to the late William and Kathryn Tyson Frank.
Bobby was a 1970 graduate of Parkersburg High School. He worked for Parkersburg Distributing for 30 years, and went on to serve as chief on the Belpre Volunteer Fire Department, where he retired after 53 total years of service. He enjoyed serving, and giving back to his community. He also enjoyed playing cards, golfing, and fishing.
He made his home in Belpre with his wife, Becky J. Frank and they have one son, Allen W. Frank and wife Hannah Rizzi of Cincinnati. Together they are left to cherish the memories made with their loved ones. In addition, he is survived by a nephew, Greg Frank (Lisa) of Spartanburg, SC and nieces, Jana McLeid (Bill) of Independence, KY and Missy Powell (Jason) of Union, OH; mother-in-law, Judy Reiber of Reedsville; two sisters-in-law, Denise Mora (Richard) of Pomery, OH and Amy Armstrong of Parkersburg; two brothers-in-law, Max Eichinger (Tam) of Tuppers Plains and Scott Eichinger (BJ) of Gallipolis. He also leaves behind special friends, Rocky and Sandy Harpold and Jim Williams.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, William and Thomas Frank; a sister, Jana Rae Frank; an infant brother, Christopher Frank; father-in-law, Max Eichinger; step-father-in-law, Terry Reiber; and sister-in-law, Carolyn Frank.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., South Parkersburg, with Pastor Paul McGuire officiating. Visitation will be Friday 5-8 p.m., at the funeral home.
The family would like to send a special thanks to Cawley Hospice and NP Kim Ewing for their all of their love and support to Bobby.
