Richard Arthur Rowley

Richard Arthur Rowley, 70 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away July 29, 2015 at the Arbors at Marietta.He was born August 8, 1944 in Canton, Ohio a son of the late Maxwell and Annabelle Couch Rowley. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, and was retired from PACTIV Co. in Grafton, W.Va. He was former owner of the Hill House Pizza Pub in Parkersburg and was Catholic by faith. He enjoyed golfing and bowling, was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 594, and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye and Cleveland Browns fan.He is survived by one daughter, Deanna Rowley Vickers of Parkersburg; one son, Robert Rowley (Krista) of Jacksonville, FL; and three grandchildren, Melanee, Joshua and Ian Rowley.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Jim Rowley.A gathering of friends and family will be announced at a later date.
