Richard Lee Beall

Richard Lee Beall, 76, of Mineral Wells, passed away on September 23, 2026, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born May 25, 1950, in Parkersburg, a son to the late William C. and Barbara Ann Daggs Beall.

He is survived by his step-daughter, Debbie Logue (David) of Parkersburg and his step-son, Steven Butcher (Deborah) of Columbus, OH.; and his sister, Debra Havens (Darrell) of Mineral Wells.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Beall, and two brothers, William Jr. and Randall Beall.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00p.m., Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor Mike Kidd officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery. Family will accept visitors from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
