Regina Wingrove Oldham, age 94, of Parkersburg passed away Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the Parkersburg Care Center.
She was born April 16, 1931, in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Halley and Pauline Radabaugh Williams. Regina was retired from Camden Clark Hospital with over 30 years of service. She was an avid reader, enjoyed playing bingo and cards with her friends, traveling, cooking, bible study and had worldwide pen pals.
She is survived by her children, Dallas Wingrove (Cheryl) of Parkersburg and Linda Delancy-Bryden of Naples, FL; daughter-in-law, Dee Foster of Bluffton, SC; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Regina was preceded in death by her first husband, Lester Wingrove; second husband, Smith Oldham and her son, Leo Wingrove.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, June 1, 2025, at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna with Pastors Aaron Marvel and Rob Yost officiating. Interment will follow at the Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
The family wants to thank the staff and management of Parkersburg Care Center for their wonderful love, care and kindness of our mom and grandmother for the last several years! Also, for the excellent care and love from Amedisys Hospice Care in Vienna during mom and grandmother’s final days!
