Randolph "Randy" Parks

Randolph “Randy” Parks, 66 of Vienna passed away January 25, 2018 at his residence. He was born January 1, 1952 in Wood County, WV, a son of the late Robert D. and Beulah N. Stoops Parks. He was a graduate of PHS and was a member of the Vienna Civitan Group. Randy worked with the COPE Organization, was a cancer survivor and worked with the American Cancer Society. He attended Williamstown First Baptist Church. Randy is survived by his son, Michael J. Parks of Parkersburg; two sisters, Freda Graham of Parkersburg and Sharon Watson of Belpre; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert D. Parks, Jr.; and one sister, Patsy Parks. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2333 Pike St. south Parkersburg with Pastor Tony Foreman officiating. Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
