Randall Burl Bailey

Randall Burl Bailey, 52 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Sept. 19, 2015 at his residence.He was born Feb. 6, 1963, son of Greta J. Bargeloh and step-father, Clifford Bargeloh, and the late Denver Bailey. He was a carpenter by trade and had served in the U.S. Army.Randell leaves behind his wife, Peggy Lowther-Bailey; a daughter, Jessica Short of Mineral Wells, W.Va.; three sisters, Judy Price of Belpre, Barbara Hicks of Davisville, W.Va. and Eva Martin of Lubeck, W.Va.; two brothers, Dennis Bailey and John Bailey both of Belpre; several nieces and nephews.In addition to his father, Randell was preceded in death by a brother, Beldon Bailey.There will be no visitation or service. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 400 Green St. Parkersburg is assisting the family.
