Ralph James Mcgary

Ralph James McGary, 78, of Parkerburg, W.Va., passed away December 30, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was born September 4, 1938 in Clarksburg, W.Va., a son of the late Sylvia Stutler McGary. Ralph worked for Storks Bakery for 27 years. He is survived by his wife, Clara McGary; three daughters, Pamela Lee, Rachelle McGary and Saundra Eaton; four step-daughters, Keyna, Donna and Becky Neff and Karen Cooper; two step-sons, Rusty Neff and Ron Parsons; two granddaughters, Samantha Cox and Latosha McGary; two great-granddaughters, Jasmine Flansburg and Payten Flansburg “which he loved with all his heart”; two sisters, Marie Balderson and Wanda Modesitt; and brothers, John McGary and Howard McGary. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Georgia Edgell, Virginia, and Lorraine Bond; and two brothers, Kenneth and Harold McGary. Services will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike Street, south Parkersburg with Reverend John McGary officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12:00 Noon until time of services Tuesday.
