Ragena M. Young

Ragena M. Young, 80, of Parkersburg, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at Eagle Point Nursing Facility. She was born June 3, 1938, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Virgie Frazier. She formerly worked for Wood County Schools as a cook and for Nashua Photo. Ragena was a member of the Lady’s Shrine and attended church in Rockport, WV. She is survived by her son, Clayton Young of Mineral Wells; a grandson, Wesley Young (Amanda) and two great-grandchildren, Abigail Joyce Young and Katie DeBarr. In addition to her mother, Ragena was preceded in death by her daughter in-law, Jo Ann Young; and one brother, Gerald Hopkins Sr.At Regenas request there will be no visitation or service. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg is assisting the family.
