Porter Ray Bush

Porter Ray Bush, 83, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on July 2, 2015 at his residence.He was born June 28, 1932, in Gilmer County, W.Va., a son of the late Ernest L. and Hester Wilson Bush.Porter was a graduate of Calhoun County High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from General Electric and was an avid golfer.He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Moore Bush; one daughter, Lisa Gill (Michael) of Parkersburg; two sisters, Maxine Crouch (Ted) of Vienna, W.Va. and Marie Weese (Jack) of Sophia, W.Va.; one brother, David Bush (Jean) of Mineral Wells, W.Va.; two grandchildren, Brandon Gill and Cameron Gill; and two pets, Koda and Cory.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ernest Bush and Charles Bush; and a sister, Marjorie Mathess.There will be no services at this time. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg will be assisting the family with arrangements.
