Phyllis E. Frame Wickline McCormick, 87, was born on February 16, 1931 and celebrated the meeting of her Savior on June 30, 2018 after a long illness. II Corinthians 5:1-10 “…to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.” She was the loving mother of three thankful children, Michael (Kimmy) Wickline, Valma Wickline Wilburn Adams (Mark), and Jeffrey (Gloria) Wickline; eleven grandchildren, Lacy DiLucchio, DJ, Chase, and Ryan Wickline, Rhonda Wilburn Reed, Michael Wilburn, and Morgan, Kalyn, Curtis, Mason, and Kendall Wickline; and twenty great-grandchildren. Phyllis “Sugar” was a retired nurse from Gassaway, West Virginia, and best known for her smile. She is smiling now more than ever in her eternal home. She was a member of South Parkersburg Baptist Church. The family wishes to thank Ohio Valley Healthcare for their tender and loving care. Visitation will take place at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, south Parkersburg, Monday, July 2, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The family will have private graveside services at the Wickline Cemetery in Gap Mills, West Virginia at a later date.
