P. Joanne GoldenP. Joanne Golden passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital.She was the daughter of the late Porter E. Bever. Sr. and Madge Hill Bever.She graduated from Parkersburg High School and retired as a deputy clerk from Wood County Circuit Clerks Office.She was married to the late Arthur D. (Peanut) Golden, together raising three children, Arthur D. “Butch” Golden (Patti) of Parkersburg, Kathy L. Wharton of Vienna and Nancy J. Hall (Roger) of Boaz. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson; several nieces and nephews. A sister-in-law, BarbaraFrumBeverof Arizona.Being the last member of her immediate family, she was preceded in death by hew two brothers, Porter E. Bever, Jr. and Thomas L. Bever both of Arizona; two sisters, M. Sue Summers of Parkersburg and Dorothy L. Bever who died at a young age. Two sons-in-law, Ronald C. Kirby and Emerson Wharton, a sister-in-law, Ruth File Bever of Arizona and brother-in-law, Hollis Summers.There will be no public visitation. A graveside service will be held, August 10, 2013 at 2:00 P.M., at Mt. Olivet Cemetery for those wishing to attend.Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of Vienna is in charge of the burial arrangements.
