Penny Suzanne Hughes

Penny Suzanne Hughes, 72, of Parkersburg, passed away October 26, 2018 at her residence. She was born, September 2, 1946 in Parkersburg, WV, the daughter of the late Alonzo Albert and Hilma Sophia (Farley) Turrill. Penny was a 1964 graduate of Belpre High School and a graduate of Ohio University College. She was retired with over 34 years of service from AT&T. She enjoyed collecting vintage santa’s – Villain Court and Spode China. She is survived by her daughter, Andrea Nicole Shrewsbury; four grandchildren, Raymon Cade, James Walton, Benjamin Harvey Shrewsbury and Kennedy Camille Hughes; one sister, Charlotte Gillespie (Michael) and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Edward Turrill, Max Turrill, Patsy Gates, Jack Turrill and Joe Turrill. Visitation will be 2:00-3:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Belpre, OH.
