Penny Jean Camp, age 75 of Williamstown, WV passed away Sunday, March 8, 2026, at her residence.

She was born September 8, 1950, in Harrisville, Ritchie County, WV, a daughter of the late Charles R. and Mida M. Hatfield Grose. Penny was a 1969 graduate of St. Mary’s High School and a member of the First Baptist Church in Williamstown. She enjoyed spending time with her family and will be sadly missed.

Surviving is her husband of 47 years, Lewis E. Camp; two daughters, Angela Scott (David) of Washington, WV and Jessica Layfield (Justin) of Williamstown, WV; one brother, Scott Grose of Wetzel County, WV; sister-in-law, Cinda Burns (Tim) of Williamstown; and grandchildren, Aden Scott, Maiya Fenton, Presley Scott, Maddox Fenton and Casen Layfield.

In addition to her parents, Penny was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary and Van Grose.

A gathering for family and friends will be from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Saturday, March 21, 2026, at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave, Vienna.
