Paul Vernon Morgan

Paul Vernon Morgan, 81, of Elizabeth, WV, passed away Saturday February 8, 2020 at Select Specialty of St.Francis Hospital in Charleston. Paul was born September 12, 1938 in Parkersburg, WV. a son of the late Victor and Marie Fordyce Morgan. Paul graduated from Parkersburg High School. He retired from E.I. Dupont Washington Works in 1997 after 37 years as a Butacite operator. Paul was an avid fisherman, hunter and planter of flowers. He loved the Lord and loved reading his Bible. He is survived by 3 daughters, Annette J. Lewis (Mark) of Washington, WV., Myrna J. Rogers (Gary) of Dade City, Florida, and Peggy S. Jackson of Elizabeth, WV; 2 sons, Paul V. Morgan Jr. (Celia) of Randolph County WV and Matthew W. Morgan (Deana) of Elizabeth, WV; 20 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Paul will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 2333 Pike St. S. Parkersburg with Pastor Adam Paff officiating. Burial will be in the K.of P.
