Paul Leroy Miller of Williamstown, W.Va., went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 30, 2015 at Brookdale of Marietta.He was born March 5, 1922 at Oshkosh, Nebraska and faithfully and honorably served in the U.S. Army Air Force from November 1942 through February 1946. Paul retired from Eramet of Marietta as a plant supervisor. Paul is survived by his “wife and sweetheart”, Betty Ann Wagner Miller, whom he married February 27, 1999; his children, Mrs. Merilyn Nutter Beck, Terry Paul Miller and Mark A. Miller (Margie) all of Williamstown, Mrs. Kim Shelene of Vienna, W.Va., and Bob Miller (Kathy) of Wellington, FL.; seven grandchildren, Major Robert Paul Nutter (Elizabeth) of West Carthage, NY and children, Clay, Jonathan, and Katie, granddaughter, Tammy Nutter andson, Zachary of Williamstown, grandson, The Rev. Eric L. Miller (Rosemary) and sons, Nathaniel and Lucas of Cincinnati, OH, grandson, Jeffrey Miller (Jennifer) of Columbus, OH, grandson, Stephen Shelene of Vienna, WV, and grandsons, Casey and Tyler Miller both of Wellington, FL; step-son, David Wagner (Nancy) of Hebron, OH; step grandson, Jeremy Wagner (Michelle) anddaughter, Alexandra of Granville, OH; step granddaughter, Mrs. Julie Wagner Wigal (Dr. Tim Wigal) with children, Ella and Lydia of Hebron, OH; stepson, Philip Wagner (Debbie) of Marietta, OH; and step granddaughters, Dr. Erin Wagner and Lara Wagner Swain (Joel) of Upper Arlington, OH; two sisters, Mrs. Wilma Packard of Waverly, OH and Mrs. Eltheda Thorniley of Newport, OH; and several nieces and nephews.Paul was preceded in death by his “Honey”, his first wife of 56 wonderful years, Helen Ruth Schweinberg Miller, who was the loving mother of their five wonderful children; his parents, Rev. William F. and Mrs. Elizabeth Howard Miller; his stepmother, Mrs. Harriet Hainsey Miller; a brother, Howard S. Miller; and also twin brothers, Willard and Wilford, who died at birth.Per his request, there will be no visitation and a private family service will be held at the family's convenience. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Vienna.Memorials may be made to the Women's Care Center, 2104 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, WV 26101 or to a food pantry of your choice which lovingly feeds those living and needing assistance.“Thank you one and all it has been a great life.”
