Paul Junior Kyer, 83, of Mineral Wells, W.Va., went home to be with his maker on Feb. 18, 2016 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born Dec. 20, 1932, in Gilmer County, W.Va., a son of the late Jake and Hattie Boone Kyer. Paul was an electrician at O'Ames Co. for over 45 years. He enjoyed hunting, trading cars and collecting cars. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Kyer; son, David Kyer of Parkersburg, W.Va.; three daughters, Deloris Kyer, Donna Kyer, and Dianne Algarin (Alex), all in Florida; three stepsons; Rick Seckman (Becky) and Steve Seckman (Sherry) both of Parkersburg and Mark Seckman (Amy) of Marietta, Ohio; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Dale Kyer; a daughter, Debra Hall; and a granddaughter, Alicia McKitrick. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 22, 2016 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor Arlene Schaffer officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Mineral Wells. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
