Patty A. Yancey, 79, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on September 5, 2016 at her residence. She was born June 13, 1937, in Braxton County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Roy and Katherine Lehew Nottingham. Patty worked at Camden Clark Medical Center as a Nurse's Aid. She is survived by her husband, Wallace E. Yancey; four daughters, Jane Lott (Roger) of Elizabeth, W.Va., Julie Dunn of Parkersburg, Jeannie Grady of Laurel, VA and Elaine Littlepage (Jeff) Mechanicsville, VA; one sister, Delores Bragg of Parkersburg; three brothers, Steve Lehew (Tonya), Keith Lehew (Barb) and Denny Lehew (Robin) all of Parkersburg; six grandchildren, Jason Axley (Melanie), Amy Axley, Justin Dunn, Dan Dunn, Joseph Dunn (Amy) and Anna Dunn; five great-grandchildren, Emma and Caleb Axley, Zani and Zakoda Villers and Marlin Dunn; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Bragg and her first husband, Joseph Boyd. At Patty's request there will be no services or visitation. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. south Parkersburg is assisting the family.
