Patty Lou Miller PLM aka to her many friends as “P-Lou”, born May 12, 1935 in Marietta, Ohio, to the late Foster and Grace Adams, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at the Camden Clark Medical Center. Patty was a legal secretary for 25 years prior to her and her late husband, Robert O.Miller becoming the co-founders of Miller Door, Inc. Mr. Miller past away on August 17, 1981. Patty was a volunteer for the Salvation Army for several years delivering meals on wheels. In her free time she enjoyed playing cards and watching NASCAR races. Patty was a member of the Wayside United Methodist Church, American Legion Post 15, and VFW Post 8127. She is survived by her daughters, Christina Renee Miller and Deirdre “Missy” Sall and husband, Gary of Vienna, W.Va.; granddaughters, Andrea and Tessa Sall, and Cagney Miller; and her faithful dog, Nana. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Norma Jean Adams of Marietta, Ohio. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by sisters, Betty Kincheloe and husband, John of Parkersburg, Eloise Freeman and husband, Harry of Devola; and by her brother, Calvin Adams of Marietta. Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 21, 2016 at the Wayside United Methodist Church with Rev. Greg Markins officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wayside United Methodist Church building fund.
