Patty Lou Buckbee

Patty Lou Buckbee, 83, of Parkersburg, WV passed away February 26, 2022 at Worthington Nursing Home. She was born August 8, 1938 in Wirt County, WV, a daughter of the late Okey Armine and Opal Elizabeth Bower Wine. Patty worked at St. Joseph Hospital as a cook.She love genealogy and animals, especially cats.She was Baptist in faith and loved serving the Lord. She is survived by nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John William Buckbee. Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2022 at the Mt. Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Windy Ridge, WV, with Gary Somerville officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, March 3, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St. South Parkersburg, WV.
