Patrick Cook Barclay, 61, of Parkersburg passed away January 9, 2019 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born June 18, 1957 in Parkersburg, son of Ronald Kenneth and Mary Ann Cook Barclay. He was a 1975 graduate of PHS and worked as a Director of Operations with Suddenlink for over 10 years. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, was an avid PHS and Buckeye fan and loved his cats. Patrick was a member of Camden Ave. Church of Christ where he served as an elder and treasurer. Patrick is survived by his wife, Kimberly Wilson Barclay; two sons, Joshua Aaron Barclay (Felicia) of Parkersburg and Jacob Andrew Barclay (Amanda) of Jane Lew, WV; a sister, Rhonda Ann Barclay (Greene) of Parkersburg; grandchildren, Jodriana Lynn Barclay, Patricia Danielle Barclay and Kenadie Noelle Barclay; nieces, Angie Ivey and Sonya Smith; nephew, Eric Greene; great-niece, Saebra Barclay-Greene; great-nephew, Max Greene; and great-great-nephew, Harrison Barclay; and several other nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Archie and Bertha Cook, William Barclay; and an aunt, Jacqueline Cook. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the North End Church of Christ with Steve Haguewood and Mark Tonkery officiating. Interment will follow at Parkersburg Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
