Patricia Jane “Patty” Milhoan, 71, of Vienna, W.Va. passed away surrounded by her loving family, Friday, February 13, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late Charles A. and Eloise Davis Cline.Patty was a graduate from Glenville State College and had worked for the Wood County Board of Education as an elementary school teacher for 36 years, fulfilling her student teaching at and later retiring from Neale Elementary, and she was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church.Patty is survived by her husband, Chuck Milhoan; son, Charles Andrew Milhoan (Christina) of Marysville, Ohio; sister, Cheryl (Dainel) Fiedorczyk of Parkersburg; and three granddaughters, Madeline, Emma, and Mallory Milhoan.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Charles “Bob” Cline.The family would like to give a special thank you to the Amedisys Hospice and Marietta Memorial Hospital/Strecker Cancer Center staff, including Dr. Siva, for their loving care for the past 7 years. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m., Monday, February 16, 2015 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Avenue, Vienna, W.Va. with Pastor Robert May officiating. The family will receive friends 12:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.Memorial donations may be made in Patty's memory to the Strecker Cancer Center, 401 Matthew Street, Marietta, OH 45750.
