Patricia Sue Barr

Patricia Sue Barr, 78, of Parkersburg, passed away November 21, 2025 at The Willows Center. She was born May 18, 1947 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Clifford and Lorna Mick Wine.

Patricia worked as a secretary for Dr. Brar’s office in Parkersburg. She was Presbyterian by faith and enjoyed sewing, cross-stitch, and knitting in her free time.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 46 years, James K. Barr; four children, Kevin, Arik, and Shonda Ranson, and Alexa Hathaway; two grandsons, Noah and Nicholas; her brother, Dwight Morgan Wine; and twin nephews, Matthew and Chris Wine.

In keeping with Patricia’s final wishes, she will be cremated with no public services.
