Pamela “Pam” Howard, 52, of Parkersburg passed away October 2, 2018 at her residence. She was born November 13, 1965 in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Donald Edward and Ramona Virginia Cale Clark. She was a 1984 graduate of PHS and enjoyed fishing and traveling to music festivals. Pam is survived by her husband, Christopher Michael Howard; a daughter, Noel Jarvis (Jeff); two sons, Scott Dotson (Renee) and Stephan Dotson; step-daughter, Ivy Howard; three sisters, Donna Foggin, Tina Marshall (John) and Kelly Brookover; four grandchildren, Eli, Eathan and Angela Jarvis and Van Dotson; 13 nieces and nephews, Ashley Foggin (Brelen) and children, Kaitlyn and Aubrey, Jeffrey Foggin (Betty), Charles James “C.J.” Rollins, Zachary Clark, Joseph, Jenny and Castiel Marshall, John Marshall (Jessie), Samantha Marshall (Avery), Joshua, Chloe, Alyssa and Rilyn Chancellor; and a host of relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jeremia Davison; and in-laws, Thomas and Kathy Howard. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg with Pastor Don Yeager officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
