Pamela Yuvonne Braden, 68, of Parkersburg passed away May 13, 2017 at OSU Medical Center in Columbus, OH. She was born April 26, 1949 in Parkersburg son of the late Edward D. Evans Sr. and Ethel K. McVey Evans. She attended Calvary Mission Church. Pam devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. Her heart and compassion for others was unmatched and she was loved by all that knew her. She liked to laugh and sing and she never missed a card night with her family. She will be deeply missed. She is survived by four daughters, Sherry Bonson of Parkersburg, Sheila Bonson of Parkersburg, Stephanie Weaver (Brian) of Washington, WV and Sharlene Swaim of Parkersburg; three sons, Stephen Bonson of Parkersburg, Charles Braden Jr. of Parkersburg and Michael Braden of Vienna; two sisters, Paula Uppole (Al) of Parkersburg and Amanda Roberts (Jeremy) of Davisville; three brothers, Thomas Evans (Mary) of Parkersburg, Timmy Evans (Cindy) of Little Hocking, OH and John Evans of Parkersburg; grandchildren, Charles, Shauna, Michael, Megan, Robbie, Brian Lee, Bryana, Bryce, Savanna, Ian, Stephen, Chelsea, Devin, Micah, Olivia, Layla, Chuckie, Chassidy and Madison; and thirteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Braden; a brother, Edward D. Evans Jr.; a grandson, Stephen Parsons; a son-in-law, Michael Swaim; and a nephew, Joshua Uppole. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg with Pastor Jack Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Harper Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
