Pamela Jean Archer

Pamela Jean Archer, 76, of Parkersburg, passed away February 12, 2026 at WVU Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born July 1, 1949 in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Arthur E. and Mamie M. Copeland Piggott.

Pamela was a 1969 graduate of Parkersburg South High School. She worked in the call center at Coldwater Creek and in the gift shop at the Blennerhassett Island Museum. She was a member of the Followship Baptist Church. She loved to craft.

Left to carry her memory include her daughter, Amanda Porter (Paul) of Sandyville; grandchildren, Peyton and Jackson Porter; great-grandchild, Charlotte Porter; two sisters, Lori West and Mary Fielder (Teddy); and one nephew, Doug Piggott.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Edward “Butch” Piggott.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor Eddie Garrett officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
