Omah Raban Catoe, 83, of Parkersburg, passed away May 20, 2025 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born in Pensacola, FL, February 24, 1942, a daughter to the late Milton L. and Nellie L. Mercer Catoe.
Omah was a one of kind lady. She was someone you could never forget after meeting, with her eccentric personality you couldn’t help but love. She had the most beautiful, toothless smile you’ve ever seen. Omah was extremely crafty, she could take a simple piece of paper and turn it into beautiful art. She would make origami out of napkins and frame it. She could paint, draw, and knit. Omah once crocheted a Star Trek outfit for a barbie doll. She was a huge fan of Star Trek going back to the beginning.
Left to cherish her memory include her brother, Belven Catoe of Traverse City, MI; niece, Deidre Pomranky; and a nephew, Jim “Wade” Dauthrich.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Lewis Catoe.
In honoring Omah’s pre-arrangements, she will be cremated.
Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St. is honored to serve the Catoe family.
