Obeda Irene Harris Day, 96 of Little Hocking, Ohio passed away March 6, 2015 in Marietta, Ohio.She was born September 27, 1918, the daughter of the late Earl and Stella Ray Harris. She was the wife of the late Clarkston Samuel Day, Jr.Obeda is survived by two sons; James F. Day of Belpre, Ohio, and Clarkston E. Day, of Little Hocking; four daughters, Stella Place (Eddie) of Little Hocking, Della Kay Meadows (Clyde) and Debra Collins of Belpre, and Cassandra Collins (Tom) of Grantsville, Ohio; 18 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.She was In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard and John Harris; a sister, Anna Snyder; her daughter, Anna Irene Day; and great-granddaughters, Crystal and Brittani.Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, Ohio, with Raymond Ray officiating. Internment will follow at Decatur Cemetery in Cutler, Ohio. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home.
