Norma L. Keen

Norma L. Keen, 54, of Parkersburg, WV, departed this life, Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Camden Clark Medical Center after an illness. She was born July 31, 1965, in Parkersburg, WV, daughter of Okey Shaffer of Gilmer County and the late Patricia Shaffer. Norma loved spending time with her kids and grandkids, playing with her dogs and listening to music. On August 17, 2008, she was united in marriage to the late Tony Keen. Surviving are two children, Caryl McPherson of Parkersburg and Sherman Lee McPherson of Parkersburg; three brothers, Raymond Parker of Cario, WV, David Shaffer of New Milton, WV and Breandon Newman of Parkersburg; five sisters, Alice Shaffer of Gassaway, WV, Cheryl Carlson of Fairfax, IN, Patricia Coe of Toledo, OH, Tara Shaffer of Parkersburg and Joni Shaffer of Parkersburg; grandchildren, Jacob McPherson, Shaniea McPherson, Hunter McPherson, Shane Le McPherson, Michael McPherson, Joshua King, Valarie Salisbury, Austin McKinney and Drake Aymar. In addition to her mother, Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Keen; three brothers, Daniel Parker, Steven Shaffer and Okey Shaffer Jr; one son, Fred S. McPherson Jr; There will be no services or visitation. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family.
