Norma Fay Cline

Norma Fay Cline, 95, of Mineral Wells, went to be with the Lord on December 31, 2025. She was born May 29, 1930, in Calhoun County to the late Holly and Mabyn Eismon Bailey.

Norma was a teacher for many years, and she retired from Mineral Wells Elementary after 33 years. She was a member of the Big Tygart United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son, Ron Cline of Mineral Wells, WV.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Cline; brothers, Ray and Ronald Bailey; and her sister, Wanda Lou Boggs.

Per Norma’s wishes, there will be no services at this time.
