Neil Harrison Radcliff

Neil Harrison Radcliff, 43, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on April 20, 2015 at his residence.He was born in August 30, 1971, in Columbus, Ohio, a son of Manuel Radcliff and M. Joann Smalley, both of Delaware, Ohio. Neil enjoyed hunting and fishing.In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister, Deborah Hutt of Lewis Center, Ohio; and his nephew, Hunter Hutt of Lewis Center.Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor Carl Radcliff officiating. Interment will follow at Hiney Hill Cemetery in Linn, W.Va.Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
