Naomi Louise Deems

Naomi Louise Deems, 85, of Parkersburg, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at the Marietta Center Nursing Home. She was born December 30, 1932, in Wood County, a daughter of the late Elmer and Grace Hannaham Schofield. Naomi enjoyed listening to gospel music, singing and loved her dogs. She attended Grace Gospel Church. She is survived by her brother, Clifton Schofield of Canton, OH; her sister, Norma Jean McGee of Canton, OH; two granddaughters and several great-grandchildren; and a special friend and care giver for many years, Patricia Westfall (Robert) of Parkersburg. In addition to her parents, Naomi was preceded in death by one son, one daughter, one granddaughter, two brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 30, 2018 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg with Pastor Roger Benson officiating.
