Nancy "Judy" Rader

Nancy “Judy” Rader, 73 of Little Hocking, OH passed away peacefully with her family by her side August 27, 2017 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born May 16, 1944 in Zanesville, OH a daughter of the late Robert and Maude Lowe Jackson. She loved her family and grandchildren and will forever be known as Grandma Peanut. Judy also loved oil painting and her animals and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Williamstown, WV. Judy is survived by her husband of 37 years, Ronald A. Rader; three daughters, Carla Collins (Stephen) of Little Hocking, Lorie Kirk (Greg) of Belpre, and Kim Chevalier (Allan) of Vincent, OH; a son, Steve Gerber (Cam) of Cottonwood Heights, Utah; three step-daughters, Angie Davis (Jimmy) of Parkersburg, Stacie Hartshorn (Doug) of Devola, OH and Cindy Lee (Terry) of Vienna; two step-sons, Kurt Rader (Shelly) of Belpre and Paul J. Rader (Melinda) of Scott Depot, WV; a sister, Elaine Thomas (John) of Marietta; one brother, James Jackson (Sandy) of Lower Salem, OH; 34 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Pat Long, Shirley Long and Lynn Peters. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, 2017 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna with Pastor Tom Hendershot officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery in Parkersburg. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home.
