Myrna Ruth Dornon

Myrna Ruth Dornon, 64, of Waverly, passed away Friday, May 3, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born January 27, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of the late Milton and Francis Harrison McGee. Myrna worked as an Assistant Manager for Crafts 2000 and enjoyed spending time with family and doing crafts. She is survived by her husband, Harry Dornon; daughter, Lindsey Dornon of Marietta; two sons, Jeremy (Karie) Dornon of Grottoes, Virginia and Joseph Dornon of Waverly; grandchildren, Brianna, Katherine, Braxton, Liam, and Harrison Dornon; six sisters, Karen (Tom) Dornon of Waverly, Shawn Skindell of Cleveland, Donna Shoop of Parkersburg, Tina (Mike) Eddy of Belpre, Debbie (Lyle) Meeks of St. Marys, and Jill (Dan) Collins of Mineral Wells; and one brother, Marty McGee of Pennsylvania. In addition to her parents, Myrna was preceded in death by one sister, Janis Perkins. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 7, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike Street, Parkersburg, with Pastor Randy Dornon presiding, concluding with interment in Corbin Cemetery, Waverly. The family will receive friends 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
