Michael Warren Ogden

Michael (Mike) Warren Ogden, 64, of Chattanooga, TN, formerly of Parkersburg, passed away on June 13, 2019 in Chattanooga. He was born December 25, 1954 in Parkersburg, the son of the late Betty Ann (Reed) Ogden and the late Warner S. Ogden, Sr. Mike graduated from PHS in 1973. He attended WVU in Morgantown and graduated from WV Tech with a degree in Business. He attended the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Chattanooga and loved his church family. Mike also loved to play, watch and discuss football and was an avid Mountaineer fan. Mike never forgot a sibling's birthday. Mike is survived by his brothers, Richard (Julia) of Stockport, OH and Kevin (Sharon) of Parkersburg; and one sister, Kimberly Love of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by his step-mother, Marcia Ogden, an aunt, Rosalyn Jackson and an uncle, James Ogden, all of Belpre, OH, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Mike was predeceased by two brothers, Mark A. Ogden and Warner S. Ogden, Jr.; and an uncle and aunt, Charles and Florence Reed. Services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St., Parkersburg with Pastor Robert Freeman of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Chattanooga, TN and Pastor Mike Springston, of Mike Springston Ministries, Winston-Salem, NC will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Parkersburg. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in memory of Mike to Mt.
